A device for dividing a filled tubular elastic casing into individual sausage sticks and landing clamp terminals on their ends contains a frame 1, a mechanism for supporting and moving the tubular elastic sausage casing 2, a braking device 3 shells, two mounted on a frame with a possibility of reciprocating movement in the direction of movement of the sheath of displacing bodies 4 and 5, each of which is formed by two U-shaped displacing tools 6, 7 mounted on the bed one opposite to the other with the possibility of reciprocating movement from the actuator 8 in the direction to the sausage casing, two tools 9 and 10 for closing the clamp terminals attached to the pushing members 4 and 5, two stationary accumulators 11.12 for the clamp terminals, terminal clamp feed mechanism 13 and knife 14 for dividing the casing into sausage loaves. One of the displacing tools 6 in each displacing body has a through channel 15 for passing the clip terminals 16 and a slot 17 for feeding the clip terminals to the channel, and each of the tools 18 for closing the clip terminals consists of a plunger 19 mounted on the displacement tool 6 with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the guide channel 20 and the matrix 21 fixedly mounted on the opposite displacing tool 7. The accumulators 11 and 12 are mounted on the frame 1. Each of the accumulators is provided with conductive terminal 22 for supplying to the slit-jaws 17. The plunger 19 in each terminal for closing the tool clamps, is at an angle to a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sausage casing. Workers the surfaces of 23 plungers and dies are V-shaped. The guide 22 of each drive is equipped with a gate 24 with a drive 25 for supplying terminal clamps. The device is equipped with a mechanism 26 for controlling the sequence of operation of the device components consisting of disks 28 mounted on a common shaft 27 and distribution cams. The drive of the displacement bodies consists of two disks 29.30 fixed on the shaft 27 with curved grooves 31, one of which 29 has the possibility of reciprocating movement relative to the shaft 27 and the rollers 32 mounted on the displacement mounting tools. The rollers 32 have the ability to interact with the side walls of the grooves 31. Filling shell stuffing is carried out from the sausage machine 33 with a bobbin 34. The device works as follows. The sausage casing is fed to the mechanism for supporting and moving the tubular casing 2. The displacing units 4 and 5 move towards the bobbin 34 and put the casing on it. The front end of the casing with a pre-installed clamp-clamp passes through the device for braking the casing 3. Sausage machine 33 is turned on, the casing is filled with minced meat and a sausage loaf of the required length is formed. At the same time, the terminals are supplied to the rails 22. The gate 24, driven by the actuator 25, moves the front terminal-clamp under the plunger 19 and returns to its original position. The displacing tools 6 and 7 are moved towards the filled sausage casing and are clamped. The plunger 18 of the displacing organ 4 is set in motion and the front terminal clamp. Thereafter, the displacement bodies 4 and 5 are retracted one from the other and the rear terminal-clamp is installed by the plunger 19 of the pressure body 5. Plungers 19 displacement bodies 4 and 5 are returned to their original positions, and the finished sausage long loaf is cut with a knife 14. The next loaf is formed and cut off in the same sequence. The control of the sequence of operations is carried out by means of the control mechanism 26. Claims (5) [1] Claim 1.
